Windows 10 began to show up in orange for some users

1 min read

Some users may notice a strange phenomenon after downloading the latest update to Windows 10, according to the Microsoft Support Forum. In short, the screens on the affected people take on a strange orange-yellow color, rendering much of the information displayed almost unreadable.

The problem is reportedly a bug that only affects certain video cards that typically run with outdated drivers. Those who encounter this phenomenon have a good chance of resolving it by updating their drivers, but if this does not help, and in any case it is very annoying, you can fix it by removing KB4512941.

“My screen turns red when I capture a screenshot. How can I turn it off? I haven’t changed any settings; yesterday it was fine. I tried using different snipping tools, and the regular PrtSc button. All red.

I have the night mode off, and everything else is regular.”

The update also has a bunch of other tiny bugs, but of course, the strangest thing is giving the OS an orange punch.
